Emmanuel Amoh Obeng and Ramson Danyo emerged champions of the 2026 World Corporate Golf Challenge Ghana qualifiers, securing an all-expenses-paid trip to represent the country at the global finals in Beijing, China.
The tournament, which concluded at the Achimota Golf Club on Friday, attracted 80 amateur golfers representing various corporate organizations in a keenly contested competition.
Representing Experience Ghana Travel and Tour, Amoh Obeng and Danyo delivered an impressive performance to amass 49 points, finishing at the top of the leaderboard to claim the trophy and prizes donated by the event’s sponsors.
The competition was supported by headline sponsor Landers Oil and Gas alongside Balfour Beatty, Office Bureau, GC Brand, Autodream Limited, Black Star Group, Micasso, BESL, Skylight, Levotude Ghana Ltd, Betika, Omnibank, Flopolo Designs, Hyundai, Royal Senchi, Travel Desk, Bodiewox and Dentsu.
Speaking after the event, Mary Okechuku Landers of Landers Oil and Gas Limited and Michelle Kwame of Levotude Advisory underscored golf’s growing role as an effective platform for networking and strengthening corporate relationships.
Event organizer Catherine Fabbi expressed delight with the successful staging of the competition, commending the players, sponsors, partners and supporters for contributing to a memorable tournament.
Musician Okyeame Kwame entertained participants with a brief live performance, while the victorious duo pledged to be worthy ambassadors when they represent Ghana at the World Corporate Golf Challenge in Beijing later this year.
